Pepperdine head women’s basketball coach Julie Rousseau believes the 2008-09 season will be a new beginning, a new time, with new opportunities.
“All of us are pressing forward,” said Rousseau, who begins her fifth season in charge of the Waves. “Many lessons were learned that will indelibly be part of our memory and will help motivate us for the upcoming season. We look forward to honoring our university, our coaches, our teammates, our families and our community with great play and enthusiasm for the game of basketball that has provided all of us with amazing opportunities.”

Tickets are free of charge for Pepperdine Students. Student I.D. will be required. The game will take place on the Malibu Campus at Firestone Fieldhouse. I'll provide directions on Friday.
